The robotics department facing closure

The Chuo Tanegashima High School Robotics Research Club was left with only two members: Kai Yashio and Akiho Senomiya. Qiu Sui insists on completing the giant robot, while Kai Xiang focuses his energy on robot fighting games. The survival of the club and the creation of robots force two people with different personalities to continue cooperating.

Jundao reports

The portable terminal "PokeCon" with augmented reality features has become widespread locally. Kai Sho accidentally discovers an AR annotation called the "Kimijima Report," which records Kou Kimijima's exposure of a global conspiracy. The campus activities originally centered around clubs are thus linked to the island's anomalies.

Club Veterans, Family, and Funds (2012 Main Article)

The predecessor of the Robotics Club was founded by Akiho's sister Misaki, and the first president, Mitsuhiko, later became a teacher and advisor. Akiho inherits her sister's goal of a giant robot and, through her father Kenichiro, director of the Tanegashima Space Center, requests JAXA's cooperation; Mitsuhiko's uncle, Sumio, runs a candy company that produces Space Ame, providing sponsorship to financially struggling organizations.

Members' Techniques and Families (2012 Main Article)

Kamishiro Frau is a programmer in the Killbara development team, transferred from Canary Academy to the school's Information Processing Department. Players open Tsuipo in PokeCom and select replies for specific content, thereby setting branch marks. After Haixiang collected the Jundao report, its spread online became linked to social information chaos, and the latter part had to face the public's perception of manipulated information as reality.

Early conceptualization of tools and performance (2011 production talk)

In a 2011 TGS talk, Chiyomaru Shikura explained "拡張" as slightly expanding the meanings of contemporary science and AR, and proposed using PokeCom's AR and social applications to advance the story. The goal of the performance is to strike a balance between literary adventure and animation, adding more action to everyday scenes.

Winter Sky Rocket's Independent Story (Radio Drama Scope)

Naotaka Hayashi writes a new story for the winter of 2019 for the radio drama CD. Kaixiang accidentally learns that the bottled rocket height record set by Misashi about ten years ago remains unbroken, so he attempts to surpass 200 meters alone, connecting his wish to beat her with his dream of becoming a young astronaut. The August 2012 product release was announced for release on September 26.

Expression of the theme song recording

In a recorded interview on March 30, 2012, Ayumu discussed the singing style of "拡張プレイス": she wanted her voice to convey the feeling of high school students humming under a clear sky. Megu explained how to highlight the protagonist during the recording and talked about the harmony between the expansive melodies in the arrangement and the busy strings and drums. The two interpreted the lyrics as an image of the song expanding from the individual to the club, the islanders, and even the world.

Naotaka Hayashi aims to create a collective portrait of club members, Tanegashima, and Tokyo, using multiple perspectives and vertical divergence. Misaki only joined the project after confirming her dream theme, becoming a distant yet distant target by Akiho's side.

HUG Fighting Draft and Island Opening

The first draft featured a fighting tournament featuring people wearing HUGs, but was later changed to ROBO-ONE, which transitions from small robot technology to giant robots. The opening moves from the stage match to the process of making machines in Tanegashima.

The 2012 version updated Twipo content after the date changed and loaded. The producer suggested trying branches with Daily Record, making proactive browsing and replies part of the progress.

The tone of everyday and dark scenes

Abao placed the island scenery and students' daily music on the side of real instruments like piano, guitar, and strings, while the dark scenes used alternate sounds; The main theme of Hot-Blooded is only quoted in a few musical phrases.

Character memories and the soundtrack concept for the title screen

In the original game's soundtrack, "Memories of My Sister" expresses Akiho and Kaito's shared memories of Misaki, and there is also a piano solo version. The title track "Robotics Notes -2nd theme-" is adapted from the main melody: Abao Gang originally considered a piano version but later wrote this song to enrich the mood.

Bullet Time with music recalling scenes

"TIME-AXIS" was created for Bullet Time to start, emphasizing temporal imagery and ambient musical tones. "The Dream Science Sees" uses the main theme as a piano solo, imagining scenes of recollection and incorporating the convenience and negative consequences of scientific progress into its conception.
