After starting a relationship
Mashiro Arisaka finally becomes a couple with Akiya Hyuga, but she is still troubled by her academic performance and dating. Her mother, Peony, suggested they go on an overnight date, so Mashiro asked friends around her for help to learn how to prepare lunchboxes and dress up. She wanted to make the date a good one and gradually learned to express her feelings.
The person close to Mashiro
The Mashiro family runs a Shishima udon shop, and she is a first-year member of the Kunahama FC club. Misaki Tobisawa remains the senior she admires; Rika Ichinose and she became friends through a competition and visited each other. Her childhood friend Tiger Fish Arika often bickered with her, but in reality, she cared deeply about her.
Production and songs
Planning was handled by sprite, Nachi Kio, and Kazuya; scriptwriting by Kazuya and sprite's scriptwriting team; Suzumori handled key animation and character design; Kotori Niwa handled SD key animation. Music produced by Elements Garden, with the opening theme "One Small Step" performed by KOTOKO and the ending theme "Happy Tomorrow" performed by Mashiro Arisaka.
Relationship with other chapters
After the EXTRA1 episode depicts the romance route, EXTRA2 depicts the follow-up between Misaki and Shoya. Both stories continue the romantic paths of Mashiro and Misaki.
The original art collection for the Switch combo edition
The 2023 EXTRA1+2S set announcement includes about 50 pages of the "EXTRA1/EXTRA2 Artbook" as bundled accessories for the two-game combo edition.

EXTRA1: Specific help with date preparation
Rika teaches Mashiro cooking; After tasting the food, Mashiro wants her to make it for her, but Rika reminds Akira that she also wants to eat a bento made by Mashiro herself. Mashiro learns that Akira also likes sashimi and asks Rika for advice on how to handle it.
Minori asked Mashiro in an interview about Akira's preference for flowing dresses. Asuka helps Mashiro find a dress for a date and gives her a sunflower hair accessory.
EXTRA1: Lunch and Family Memories
Date lunch in the sunflower fields. Pure white bento combines various opinions from companions, and the dishes are not unified in style.
In the evening, Akira also takes Mashiro to the scenic spot where her father first met Peony, and during the date, she takes photos of Peony and her husband, responding to Peony's loneliness when flipping through her album.
