Becoming the one being chased
After winning the autumn tournament, Misaki went from being a challenger to being chased by players from various schools. The relentless challenges leave her confused about why she continues FC, and also prompts her and her lover Akira Hinata to face competition, defeat, and growth once again.
Changes in the opponent
Runner-up Asuka Kurashina continued training and faced Kazunari Mado again. Reiko Satoin took over as the head of Takato FC, working with vice-captain Rika Ichinose to study tactics. Minamoe Shirase, guided by her brother Hayato, challenges Misaki; I, like Gu Jian (ancient cocoon), realized from the defeat that the competitive environment had changed.
Preparation method
sprite emphasizes camera composition and imagery, as well as the integration of music and plot under the name FILMIC NOVEL. Planning was handled by sprite, Ryoichi Watanabe, and Nachi Kio; the script was written by Ryoichi Watanabe and the sprite team; Suzumori handled the key artwork and character design; and Elements Garden produced the music.
Songs and series
The theme song "One of a Kind" is performed by riya, and the ending theme is "..., Fine Later!! 》。 The official website also lists the original soundtrack version of the theme song along with several competition-related insert songs. EXTRA2 is Misaki's epilogue, while ZWEI is another project that has been canceled.

The EXTRA1+2S set announcement also includes a roughly 50-page "EXTRA1/EXTRA2 Art Collection," which is provided together with both works.
Six FC matches in EXTRA2
During joint training, Misaki and Reiko drew 4-4, while Asuka lost 0-2 to Shindo. Afterwards, Mayu and Misaki faced off again, drawing 3-3.
In the latter half, Mado defeated Shion, Misaki defeated Minamoe 10-4, and finally Misaki defeated Madoji 4-3. In the battle between Shindo and Shion, Reiko and Akira also coached the two respectively; Minamoe was coached by Hayato in the first battle, with her younger sister coached.
Switch additional and bundled novels
The Switch version release announcement EXTRA2S added event scenes and CG compared to the PC version. The EXTRA1+2S set listed in the same announcement includes the approximately 330-page novel "Two of a Kind" written by Ryoichi Watanabe, narrating EXTRA2 from Misaki's perspective.
