Unsolved events in the underworld

Prosecutor Itsuki Yoshikawa is pushed off a tall building, his severely injured body left in the human world, and his consciousness arrives in the underworld. Enma Yama Raja demanded that he decipher the case record akasha, which would provide the facts of the case but omit the killer and the method of the crime. Private detective Kaoru Kujo will investigate Yoshikawa's fall from a building starting this season and will also enter the underworld to assist him.

Six cases

This season includes Kenji Kuroda's "Ghost Hamlet," Kenji Takemoto's "The Mystery of Bloody Mary," Yutaka Maya's "Rifling Murder," Seiichiro Oyama's "The Closed Room of the Eye Wall," Yukito Ayatsuji and Arisu Arisugawa's "Y Target," and Takemaru Abiko's "Perfect Alibi." Puzzles include armor gunshots, disappearance of blood, anomalous ballistics, surveillance locked rooms, cult murders, and alibis.

Keyword reasoning

The combination of keywords obtained in the text forms questions, which then forms problem-solving inspiration. Reasoning files organize characters, field maps, and terminology; Prompts can help solve problems, but they lower the final evaluation of reasoning. The erroneous reasoning by Tsukasa and Marunouchi detectives can also be used to sort out contradictions.

Series and Supplements

The second season of the PSP was released on September 16, 2010. Kenji Kuroda also wrote a side story called 'Rampaging Juliet,' which unlocks chapter by chapter as the series completes all ten main cases.

A collaboration between novels and games

The author first wrote the culprit novel, which Chunsoft and Abiko Takemaru adapted into a game. After trying it out, my grandson also gave feedback on his modifications; The finished manuscript is posted on a private board to help the author avoid overlapping ideas.

The difficulty arrangement of a series of cases

In a 2010 interview series, Abiko explained that solving puzzles in games is not the same as guessing the culprit; Easy-to-read cases and difficult cases alternate to form the rhythm.

Takemoto's difficulty level

In a series development interview, Takemoto said that, considering other authors' tendencies toward authentic reasoning, the two stories he wrote were positioned as beginner or intermediate.

The starting point of the entire series of projects

The 2015 conversation reviewed the entire "TRICK×LOGIC" project series: Ishii proposed the game concept based on the deduction competition format of "Armchair Detective" and invited Abiko during the planning stage to discuss gamification.
