"Divine Curse Kamui Kagura: Light of Dawn" is a new chapter added to light's "Divine Curse Kamui Kagura." The script is written by Takashi Shoda, the original artwork by G Yusuke, and the music composed by Yoyoki. Japanese-style mythology, Eastern Expedition, and conflicts between characters together form the story.

The second eastern expedition
After the failure of the eastern expedition three hundred years ago, the Ashihara Nakatsu Kingdom of Shinshu was closed off for a long time. Anomalies and external pressures in the East make it difficult to maintain the old order, so Jiuya Gentan leads companions with heterogeneous powers to advance eastward once again. The expedition must face unknown opponents as well as the hidden origins behind each person's strength.
New chapters
"Light of Dawn" adds the Kisaragi Chapter, Yayoi Chapter, Hakone Chapter, and Dragon Dawn Chapter, and expands content related to the endgame. These additional stories give independent space to the characters' experiences that were not fully developed in the original.
Version and production relationship
The game was released in 2013 for PS Vita and PC; The official PC version page lists the release date as June 28. It shares the basic story with the 2011 original, but covers different areas. The work is also set within the Throne World setting related to "Dies irae," with additional chapters further developing the relationships between these characters and the world.
PC products and download distribution
The 2013 PC first press edition includes a 92-page visual reference book and a mini radio drama CD; DMM separately listed that an all-ages download version will be available starting August 20, 2015. The downloadable product retains the PS Vita port content, and the release date is not the original game or the 2013 physical product release date.
