Avenger's contract with Bazett is the eighth rank, apart from the usual seven. He is involved in the recurring four-day cycle and invites her to continue the Holy Grail War.
Identity in Fate/hollow ataraxia
His real name was Henri Mailleux. In this story, Shirou's shell forms a personality capable of communicating with others, living as Shirou during the day and assisting Bazett in battle at night. The four-day cycle responds to Bazette's wish not to die, allowing him to experience everyday life; Eventually, he persuades her to break the contract and wake up.
Hollow Original PC Finale: Climbing the Steps and the Puzzle Left Behind
Avenger uses Shirou's appearance to walk up the stairs to the Holy Grail together with Karen, gradually revealing their true form as they move forward. Karen encourages him all the way, while Saber stays downstairs to protect the climbers.
Bazett later wakes up in the mansion, no longer seeing Avenger; On the table was the puzzle he had completed.
The original PC 'Hollow' fought for four days
During the church war, Avenger fought Saber, unleashing a Noble Phantasm that shared damage, forcing her into danger. When Saber prepares to use Excalibur, Bazett counters with Fragarach.
On the way to Einzbern City, Bazett and Avenger were intercepted by Berserker. Avenger held Berserker back, leaving Bazett to continue into the city alone.
In the loop after the fight with Lancer, Avenger asked Bazett to break the contract, but she refused; Bazett then used a command spell to turn him into his own left arm.
The old PC version Hanafuda team
The old PC version of 'Hollow' added Hanafuda by teaming Avenger and Bazett, and providing short stories corresponding to Normal mode.
