An autumn meeting in Chengkong City

The story takes place in Sumikora City, Kanagawa Prefecture. When autumn leaves fall, Shio Tsukamoto and Ririsu Tomine walk together on their way to school, reminiscing about their childhood together. After reuniting with Ririsu after several years apart, she becomes willful, and Shio is often treated around by her. Afterwards, Ririsu introduces her classmate Tomosa Hakozaki to Shio; The once low-key Chisa changed her image and invited him to dance at the evening festival after the school festival. This invitation began to change the relationships among the three.

Roles in a love triangle

Ji-woong is the central figure affected by the changes in the relationship between the two girls; Ririsu is both his childhood friend and reveals complex feelings toward Chisa's approach. Chisa's invitation was clearly a confession, and her initiative contrasted with Ririsu's familiarity with Shio. The official synopsis calls the time spent with these three rebooting in the autumn breeze, focusing on how old closeness and new feelings coexist in campus life.

Route selection and romance narrative

This game continues the literary romance adventure style of the "Memories of Autumn" series, where players follow Zhixiong through his daily school life and make choices, entering the emotional development of different female protagonists. The school festival and after-party offer a shared timeline, while the side quests focus on the feelings of different characters.

Ported to both the original version and home consoles

5pb. released the PS2 version of T-wave on August 21, 2008, the PSP version on May 28, 2009, and the Xbox 360 version on August 27. The official history product page lists scriptwriters such as Higurashi Chabo, Hiro Akizuki, Dai Sangen, and Hiroaki Miura, as well as Tsuyoshi Abo responsible for the music.

The autumn cultural festival

Zhixiong is a second-year student at Chengkong Academy, serving as the student council's general affairs and the manager of the old apartment. Ririsu has known him since childhood and became classmates after returning to Sumikora. Ririsu then brought her friend Chisa to him, and Chisa began to approach Shio proactively, inviting him to dance at the after-party event.

Changes between friends

Encouraged by Ririsu, Chisa changes her appearance during summer vacation and joins the cultural festival executive committee. Ririsu usually acts straightforward and often asks Shiwoong for help, but she doesn't seem indifferent to him. The interactions among the three make it hard to simply separate help friends, old understanding, and new romance.

Senior, writer, and junior

Student council president Kashinkawa Chloai is decisive and comes from a Japanese-French family that runs a food company. Suzu, who lives in Shioshio's apartment under the author name Suzu Dai Reon, loves motorcycle travel. Transfer junior Yuno Kasuga participates in the cultural festival, sharing radio submissions and celebrity Kanata topics with Zhixiong.

Home and everyday space

Zhixiong's mother died early, and he broke ties with his father due to family issues; the apartment he managed became the focus of his life. Ririsu helps her grandmother's small restaurant, and Shin is a regular there; His friend Hiro Saga participates in campus life through guitar and a wide range of musical interests.

Production and character design

Character design was handled by Takayuki Koshimizu and Yukihiro Matsuo; the former corresponds to Shio, Riris, Chisa, and Kuro Ai, while the latter corresponds to Rin, Yuno, Toru, and others. The script list includes Higurashi Chabo, Hiro Akizuki, Dai Sangen, Hiroaki Miura, Takuya Baba, and Yayoi Sawatari, with music produced by Tsuyoshi Abo.

Opening credits, character songs, and soundtrack

The opening theme 'Triangle Wave' features Ayumi Murata, lyrics and music by Chiyomaru Shikura, and arrangement by Koji Ueno; The ending credits of Primidia are performed by Ayane, with lyrics and music by Shikura and arrangement by Toshimichi Isoe. Other character songs for the five female leads—Candy Love, Mind Loop, Blue Moon, Rainbow Highway, and Haruka Kanata—cannot be considered identical to the same recording as the soundtrack of the same name.

Later, we discussed transplanting them

The original game was released in August 2008, and the PSP version was released on May 28, 2009. Next Relation continues the summer life with five independent endings; Complete includes the main story and epilogue, and features three accompanying CDs that bring together the soundtrack and vocal music.

PSP version: Triangle character perspective

Lilith and Chisa each follow a Triangle route, with the narrative shifting to the woman's perspective and unfolding the triangle they see.

PSP version opening: A question left unasked

Chisa first asked Lilith to ask Zhixiong if he had a girlfriend, but Lilith couldn't speak. Later, Chisa changed her image and invited Zhixiong to the after-party.

Chisa Triangle: A belated confession

As a child, Chisa was rescued by Shio's mother in the sea, and the rescuer died soon after. She blames herself and confesses her past at the after-festival but cannot accept Zhixiong's confession; Lilith kept coming to her house to encourage her.

Chisa's route: cosmos and group photos

Zhixiong recalls their past encounter from the cosmos in the photo and the pressed flowers Chisa preserved, and invites her to the seaside to express his acceptance. At the subsequent birthday and Christmas party, Lilith gave Chisa a photo of the related group photo.

Yui's route: Reunion beyond broadcasting

Shio improved the ore radio and sought out Yuino's old friend from whom he had fallen out. During the cultural festival, the two reunited and reconciled, and Shio confessed his feelings to Yuino in front of the whole school.
