Suggestion Box and School Festival
Takumi Minagawa left his original school after repeatedly causing trouble and transferred to Butsuki Academy under the supervision of his childhood friend Yukari Morinaga. He was assigned as class monitor and managed the class suggestion box. Requests that had been shelved are handled one by one, and a new wish pushes things toward the academy's overall transformation.
Character relationships
Vice class president Natsuki Ayase often clashes with Takumi, Yukari Morinaga supervises his actions, and Ryo Fukasaki, Yuzu Osawa, and Haru Kusunoki also get involved in the activities. The new character Kira Rin is the younger sister of Yasu, Takumi's friend. Worried that her brother's actions with Takumi might implicate her, she is hostile toward the festival preparation committee.
Main unit addition
Portable was released on PSP on July 28, 2011, adding Rin in addition to the original five female leads, and the route was rewritten by Ryusuke Mutsu. Original illustrations by Nekonyan, script signed by Nachi Kio and Ryusuke Mutsu. The Vitamin version released on October 27, 2016, inherited PSP content and updated with high-definition event graphics.
Music and performance
The new opening theme "Koi no Rock'n Roll Beat" is performed by Emiri Kato, voiced by Rin Kirara, with lyrics by Mikai, composition and arrangement by A-CHAP, and yo-yu producing the opening and live performance videos. The console version still uses 'Love Is Like This Light' and retains the original 'pile up HURRICANE!' and 'Our Poem Stepping Toward Tomorrow'.
The PSP opening theme is based on the original material
While producing the opening credits and live footage for the PSP "Uphill Typhoon Portable Edition," yo-yu first repeatedly played the PC original. In the opening credits, he highlights his favorite Yukari Morinaga, incorporating original scenes and details, allowing players to gain different understandings before and after the game.
