The background of the original voice production
During the original score production, Kitagawa assisted in adjusting Masakazu Sugimori's music data to suit NDS playback.
Voice production limitations of the original 2010 audio source
The original 2010 soundtrack uses DS built-in sound sources, with up to 16 sound positions combined with sound effects. Sugimori pointed out that a note occupies a position from the start to the complete decay, and when switching chords, the sounds overlap before and after; Staff then assist in adjusting the multi-layered sound of stereo, bass, and piano.
Original titled collaboration
In her 2010 development notes, Janet Hsu recalled that besides working on the overseas version, she also worked with Qiaozhou to brainstorm the title for the domestic OST.
Division of labor and remote collaboration in the original soundtrack
In the 2010 development postscript, Masakazu Sugimori explained that he was responsible for composing and recording the original BGM and implementing the sound source. Later, Qiaozhou recalled: first convey the musical imagery to Sugimori, then advance production through data and emails; During production, the two only met at first.
