The Hunter's Transformation
In the colorless world of Lost Colors, Leal makes a living by hunting down those who are called Colors. After a certain incident, he himself became Colors, and thus went from chasing others to being hunted. To avert the calamity, he travels between different worlds, searching for the reasons behind the changes in color and himself.
ANOS system
ANOS allows players to return to other branches of time, bringing previously acquired memories into new contexts. Advancing the story requires actively comparing information across different branches and using memory to trigger developments that would never have occurred; Reading along a single path is not enough to complete the exploration.
Rebound edition
A limited reissue was released in 2015, and on April 24, 2020, a regular Windows reissue without the limited bonus was released. The re-reissued version remastered the BGM and performances, updated visuals from VGA to SVGA, and adjusted text and interface; The official statement stated that the basic direction of the main storyline development has not changed.
Production and platform differences
かざみみかぜ。 Responsible for scriptwriting and game design, rato for character design and key animation, Hiroyuki Mizuno for BGM, and Ken Washizaki on guitar. The reinstalled versions of Windows and iOS versions of Midori no Uta are not the same.
The reinstalled version supports touch controls
The reinstallation version lists touch control as the main variation for operations on the tablet. Windows also updated its system and UI to the latest version at the time.
Serial download method for the packaged version
This packaging version uses the sequence download method for the e-book on the opposite side: the serial number on the package is used to obtain the game, and the network usage required for installation is also listed as downloading. The official website links the packaging serial number to the steps to obtain the game online.
