Established different creative positions
I've was formed in 1998 by Kazuya Takase, Ichiboshi, Tomoyuki Nakazawa, and others. Game soundtracks, theme songs, and singer albums became their production areas. C.G mix joined in 2001 through arrangement collaborations, with KOTOKO and other artists handling vocals and lyrics; Within the same group, composition, arrangement, and singing are handled by different creators.
Kanon period: tape delivery and record sales
Orito and Nakazawa recalled that during the "Kanon" era, they mailed the audio using DAT tapes, revised them, and redelivered them. Nakazawa also said that Baba's negotiations helped I've use related game tracks for their own music CD sales.
