The theme of reawakening is a fusion

"Re-awake" shifts the time-changing theme from "Messenger" into a more accessible four-beat beat, while also incorporating "GATE OF STEINER." Abo Gou uses this change to reflect Okabe's shift from depression to confidence upon awakening, connecting the themes of the two works.

Practical discoveries combining topics

Abao Gang is already considering connecting "Messenger" to GATE, and when writing "Re-awake," he still finishes the new song first and then tries to add the GATE sub-melody. The two coincided perfectly, so he decided to adopt the idea and described the union as a coincidence.
