Two kinds of justice

Freyia is a young knight who uses life energy to perform rituals. She earned the highest level of mission for her outstanding performance and reunited with her lost brother, Commander-in-Chief Julius. The mission takes her back to Tonexia's hometown: the knights must recover the "magic" capable of destroying the world, and the mages Yoshino Reiji and others see this operation as a threat to their own lives. Beyond the conflict, the "Terminator," equipped with armor and wielding both powers, also appeared.

The Seven Holy Knights

The Order was planned and established by Julius, with Ilmfried as its leader, and the experienced Faust assisting the organization. Frontline members include Freya, skilled with dual swords; Amaterasu, the flame mage; Alicia, the puppet manipulator; Rudra, a young melee expert; and Yuria, a ranged sniper. Alicia is the captain's daughter. Although she joined the group earlier than Freia, she still feels pressured by her father's reputation and her own shortcomings.

A magician of Tsukuyomi Island

Yoshino 02 experienced the final war of thirteen summoners and now faces battle once again with the summoned spirit Sakura, her friend Ryuichi Koju, and her adopted sister Sayuki Kuroba. Koyo Satomura and Sayuki often clash when vying for Zero Two's attention; Mizuki Mizusaka is the childhood friend whom Rei cherishes. Zero-Er's parents, Sosei Yoshino and Sakura Yoshino, have returned to his life, and the "master" who raised Zero-Er and Freia is also connected to their past organizations.

Perspective and time

The route centered on Freia starts from the Knights' recovery mission, while the route centered on Yoshino 02 focuses on defensive battles. Viewpoint Shift allows players to switch to the other side's viewpoint. With the AI Camellia responsible for interface navigation opening features, Dimension Shift further allows players to access past and future nodes on both sides, read hidden events, or reselect their approach in battle.

Combat operations

F.F.OBS allows you to use "Mythic Radiance" at any moment during battle, which can be used first or in response to enemy ultimate moves. The EXS button's function changes with battle, influencing the outcome through choices and timing. Full Access is a higher-level ultimate skill only available to certain characters; These operations, together with the perspectives and timing of both sides, form the way players intervene in the story.

Music and production

fripSide performed the theme song "fermata~Akkord:fortissimo~," and the opening song of the Magician route "The End of the Spinner" was performed by Denkishiki Karen Music Group, with Grand Opening performed by Zwei. The limited edition includes a dual-disc Audio Collection, with BGM also produced by Denkishiki Karen Music Group. Signed script by Yuu Kamiya, Johnny, Sachiko Murakami, and Shin Goto, with Tororo and Taro Shibata as the main producers.

Version

The 2014 Vitamin version was released by 5pb., with the limited edition metal letter opener designed after Freia's weapon. The official website will later announce a separate PC version; Both releases and bonuses belong to their respective versions, so PC announcements cannot be used as the Vitamin launch date.
