Handover of planning and production
In a 2011 interview, Ariba recalled that while attending a vocational school, he was invited by the members of あかべぇそふとつう to join game development. When introducing the team's workflow, she said the screenwriter and director first discuss the project, then submit proposals internally within the company, and only begin production after the meeting is approved. The illustration positions in the script are selected to form a key animation instruction book, which allows for the sequential handover of key art, coloring, and procedural steps.
According to Youye, after integrating text and images into the game, the team also conducts gameplay checks to confirm issues in the work, and then sends the master materials to the factory.
