Entered Kouji Academy

Kazuki has a human-like appearance and behavioral abilities, but initially understands others by observing and collecting data. School becomes his investigative environment: ordinary greetings, arguments, and closeness can all be new phenomena that need explanation, and the task itself gradually draws him into the lives of those around him.

From observation to emotion

The people he interacted with each had personalities and circumstances, and their behavior records alone could not reveal all their choices. As communication increases, Kazuki's attention to the task targets begins to take on a personal bias. The story revolves around how machines recognize likes, concerns, and their own values, placing campus relationships within the AI's framework.

Production and Edition

The work was written by Danji Nanjo, with Kinriki Manto responsible for the original artwork and ZIZZ participating in music production. The official product pages for the 2002 CD edition and the 2005 DVD edition were retained; The latter is a revised version of the same work.
