"We Have No Wings R" is a revised version of Navel's 2011 version of "We Have No Wings" for general editions. The story unfolds in the urban Liumiyuan area, centered around several young people in different circumstances and the people around them forming a group portrait.

Several ways of life in Liukihara
Takashi Haneda lacks goals and finds it hard to fit in, treating trivial matters as daily tasks. Chitose Washusuke is cheerful and forms relationships with staff at familiar restaurants; Hayato Narita, who works as a convenience store business, gets involved in a new relationship after Fengming asks him to find a stolen bicycle.
New content in the R version
The R version adjusted the original work's age setting, adding new scripts and event CGs. The original supporting character Ai Koda became a romanceable character, and the new character Kana Nakata also appeared. It retains the original ensemble structure while expanding some characters' stories.
The difference between manufacturing and porting
Aoi Nishimata was responsible for character design and key animation, while Wangjaku Sun and Higashi Nosuke handled planning and scriptwriting, with music by Acchorike. Later, PS3 and PS Vitamin ports added Misaki Hayashida's route and some scenes from Prelude, which were added to the home console version and recorded separately from the 2011 R version.
2011 product specifications
R was launched on June 24, 2011, as an all-ages product, officially recommended for players aged 15 and above. It features 800×600 frames, and characters other than the protagonist have full voice acting.
