Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- identity

Xia Yan's childhood friend, stays at his house in route B; Taciturn and physically weak, became a rescue target shortly after Route A began.

In the 2012 original PC, the character appearing in route B at Xia Yan's house is not a real-life cohabitant; The latter part reveals that Yuuri is still alive, confined by LABO, and supports Natsuhiko as BC for nine years. After the escape, the two branches involved either her or Watarase's memories being erased.

Preparing for voice acting during Xbox 360 development

In a 2011 interview, Kaori Nazuka mentioned that Yuri's recordings required handling technical terminology and distinguishing performances during repeated narrative transitions, while maintaining the characters' voices.

The fire scene at the start of Route A

Watase finds Yuuri in the fire at the start of Route A and hears an unknown voice urging him to save her.

Listening and caring

In the first part of Route B, Yuuri appears at Natsuhiko's house, accompanied by eating together and quietly listening to his story. In Route A, Yuri is physically weak, scared, and rarely talks about herself, but still cares about those in difficult situations with her.

Yuri and Natsuhiko were trapped together in LABO nine years ago, and after the accident, she was quarantined inside the facility.

Original Xbox 360 version: Memories of route B and Qixi adjustments

In Route B's daily life, Yuri uses Senses Sympathy to let Xia Yan revisit his memories. Every day of memories passed, reality passes by ten minutes; Back in reality, the broken watch hands also advanced by ten minutes.

The illusion of Yuri in Xia Yan's eyes was a side effect left by her rewriting memories. Every year on July 7th, Yuuri adjusts his memory to reduce the difference between his illusion and his actual transformation; Xia Yan mistakes this meeting for a hospital examination as a lingering aftereffect of the accident.
