On the eve of the general mobilization
The girls continue their training, and Haruto Aoi picks up his sword again, preparing for the inevitable conflict. The target of the action was the religious organization The Fatal Answer, or TFA; Enishi and Kuroe await this confrontation. The scale of tasks expanded from individual actions to joint participation by multiple units.
Arisaka's position
Arisaka is both a faculty member and someone who lives alongside the students. She must judge whether to allow the girls she is responsible for caring for to go to the battlefield. The story puts this conflict in the foreground, bringing the responsibility of protecting students to face the actual work they undertake.
Reading and follow-up
This volume continues the fixed reading order format without diverging paths, with character art by Akio Watanabe and Ryuta Fujisaki responsible for the script. As the story reaches its final stages, battles and character choices continue to conclude in volume 8, so there is a direct connection between the two volumes.
Large-scale missions
CIRS and SORD undertook an action far larger than before, targeting The Fatal Answer, or TFA. The students continued training, and Haruto once again prepared his own knife; The academy's daily skills are transformed into practical tasks during the general mobilization.
Arisaka Cosmos
When Arisaka arrived in Mihama, he was unaware of the school's special training and was serious and timid. After living with students for a long time, she must decide whether to send the girls she is responsible for caring for to the battlefield. Teachers' responsibilities to students directly conflict with the work they undertake here.
Figures from the old institutions
Enri Urushihara once served as a conductor in the former CIRS team and is like a father figure to Haruto; Kuroe Samejima is his personal guard secretary, loyally following him. The opening of Volume 7 brings these prehistoric relationships to the TFA side, making the operation more than just a confrontation between unfamiliar organizations.
Collaboration between schools
SOLD includes training schools outside Mihama. Ayame Sengoku is the head of St. Yale and Ichiru's younger brother; Sylvia and Velvet are trained by him; Kyōsen Sakuragaoka is managed by Chihiro Ukawa, who has a former CIRS colleague relationship with Haruto.
Production and Music
Akio Watanabe, Mai Nanaka, and Ryuta Fujisaki were responsible for key animation, SD key animation, and script, respectively. The BGM credits are Hitoshi Fujima and Fumiki Matsufumi, with background and original weapon design by MAGNUM. Narina Kono's 'Sekai no Hate' features lyrics by Yuichi Kuwashima and music and arrangement by Hitoshi Fujima.
Subsequent versions and versions
The action continues directly into the fortress defense in volume 8. The standalone download version for Switch was released on December 1, 2022, offering tri-language text in Japanese, English, Simplified, and Chinese, with Japanese voice acting excluding the protagonist.
