"Narcissus 3 -Die Dritte Welt-" is an all-ages novel produced by Stage-nana, expanding on the themes of daily life, death, and those around us through four stories. The PC version includes both the first and second installments.

The stories of four authors
The production team focused their work on themes and content, inviting different authors to write about their own views on life and death. The script list includes Satoshi Kataoka, Takeshi Hayakari, and Go, with character design by Takeshi Ogata.
An encounter in the hospital
Kairi Anzano was once a nurse and began searching for a new home with her doctor lover; Hisaya Aijima is a patient who often causes trouble for Dr. Takuto. In another story, Chisato Kusunoki is timid by nature, but tries to hide herself with talkativeness, until she meets a stranger on the street.
A side story far from the seventh floor
Iris's story shifts to a small medieval country. As the second princess, she was restricted from a young age, and at eight was decided to marry into a neighboring country. This piece continues to discuss the desire to survive and the relationship with others through another era and identity.
Continuing the previous two generations
The main story remains connected to the hospitals of the first and second generations, with existing characters like Mimi Setsu appearing in the shared world. Including the first two installments allows readers to first understand the seventh floor and its interpersonal background, before moving into the multiple narratives of this work.
Music and subsequent versions
The theme song "If Light Falls" was composed and arranged by onoken, with lyrics by Aki Misawa and performed by Ayara. The music list also includes Elements Garden and eufonius. "Little Elise" was later reissued as the tenth anniversary anthology DLC, with updated illustrations and voice acting.
Includes two cross-sectional instrumental pieces
The 2015 original sound for 'Ame no Marginal' clearly credited 'Kanashiki Shirabe/悲しき調べ' and 'Sabishiki Senritsu/寂しき Melody' as coming from narcissu 3. The 2016 Narcissus Double CD Original Soundtrack Community Playlist lists these two tracks, both credited with composition and arrangement by ebi (Sound Union). The third generation's theme song "If Light Descends" is also included on track 3 of the 2010 PSP vocal disc, where the lyrics, composition, arrangement, and vocals of Aki Misawa, onoken, and Ayara are credited.
Takuto Suzuki and Hisaya Aijima
Takuto Suzuki, 27, is a doctor the university clinic places high hopes on. He is quiet and wears glasses. His hospitalized patient, Hisaya Aishima, is also 27 years old. Hisaya often causes trouble, forcing Takuto to deal with it; Takuto learned something from his way of life.
Voice and guest appearance in the 2009 PC version
In the original PC version of 'Narcissus 3,' Chisa Kusunoki is voiced by Mai Goto, and Iris is voiced by Riko Hirai. Chihiro Shinohara also appears as a hospital assistant.
