Leave the ward
After entering the hospice, Yuu Ato meets Setsumi Sakura, who has long been living there. The two drive Yu's father's car away from the hospital, gradually getting to know each other along the way, and the narrative focus of the first chapter shifts from the hospital room to the journey.
Mimi Setsu
Long-term hospitalization has made Setsumi accustomed to lowering her expectations for the future; despite her youthful appearance, she is actually twenty-two. The PSP version uses character voices and character illustrations to show her and Yuu's interactions, with their relationship changing as they travel.
Adapted from the performance
The portable version adds character illustrations and event illustrations to the previously simple visuals, and includes character voice lines. First-person narration also switches between characters, allowing readers to replay dialogues to understand the current perspective.
Retrospective structure
This chapter corresponds to the story location of the original work "Narcissu"; Chapter Two shifts to Himeko six years ago, and the final chapter traces back to the formation of ward rules. The three stories together form the main storyline in the PSP collection released on June 24, 2010, along with an epilogue and side story.

When travel expenses were tight, Setsumi took out 50,000 yen she had saved and allowed Yu to continue their trip.
2010 PSP Chapter 1: Smile by the Sea
At the seaside on Awaji Island, Setsumi wrapped a towel in a swimsuit, smiled in front of Yuu, and told him about the newly added seventh-floor rules.
2010 PSP Ah Dong You Epilogue: Rules and Exploration
Yuu entrusts the inheritance rules to Chihiro, who has returned to the ward to help. Yuka visits the rooftop and gives him a cigarette; Yuu, who was smoking for the first time, coughed and then laughed. Yuka also said she would continue to visit him every day and asked for Melon as a Qi Qin Award.
