The identity in the Cold Cicada Cry is revealed in the Kill Arc
The All Kills arc officially participates in the world seen by Rika. The original PC gameplay commentator pointed out that the apology Rena heard earlier and the sounds from the Ritual Hall were related to Hanyuu's presence.
