The melody and writing order of the new chapter
Tanaka asked Hiroi to allow him to compose music before lyrics, changing his usual order of lyrics before music.
He invited Eric Miyashiro to record the newly added trumpet bar at the beginning; He also drew inspiration from Sakura's powerful high E and wrote a follow-up chorus to connect the old and new themes.
Memories of the time of composition
In a 2021 interview, Kohei Tanaka recalled that because the theme song for this new chapter required multiple considerations, composing it took about a week.
