In one ending from the 2009 DS original story, she mistakenly believes Nils was killed, suspects Santa and Seven, and moves toward killing her companions. In Akane's end, she is reunited with her brother, who is still alive and locked in a coffin.
Limit Escape from ADV: The identity of the good person in death

The 2012 original Four-Leaf ending explains that after 999, she and her brother Nils joined Alice's intelligence agency, using the Form Field ability to investigate terrorist organizations. After being kidnapped with Alice, she entered cryogenic hibernation and then came to the facility as an AB Program participant.
DS Original Escape Experience (999)
In the operating room behind Door 7, Yotsuba receives a four-leaf clover bookmark handed to him by Junpei and then talks to him about experiences from nine years ago. She suggested that only Junpei be allowed to hear the conversation.
After the furnace was restarted, Yotsuba quickly wrote a set of entry calculations, but this would leave Yadai behind. Yashiro agreed to accept it, while Seven and the others vetoed the plan.
At the start, in front of gate number 5, Yotsuba was threatened by the No. 9 male sword and was used by him for RED certification along with Ichinomiya. The other party then entered the door alone.
