The performance starts again

Shoichi Suganuma, who had once gained fame for violin performance, left overseas orchestras for various reasons and returned to Japan. His childhood friend Kanade Sakurai introduces him to work at the Live House run by his father. There, he was exposed to rock music, starting by relearning guitar and forming bands with musicians of different personalities and experiences.

Band and venue

Ritsuho Yoshitani is the lead vocalist, Yayoi Oba participates in guitar playing and also coaches Shoichi; Rimu Tamano played drums, and Eiji Gonda played bass. Sadao Sakurai's 696 provided a base for the band's activities. Members clash with each other, practice, and perform together, driving the story forward together with their personal feelings.

New content on PSP

The DISTORTION, released on March 10, 2011, was sold by CyberFront. The original scriptwriter Reiji Nakura added two routes and added event CGs and corresponding voice lines. Musically, six new ending songs were added to both the existing and new routes, including a duet by Ritsuho and Kanade.

Songs and subsequent versions

The newly included tracks include "Da!" Da! Da!》《Shout out! "Gently Warming Up," "P.P.F.Y," "A birthplace ~A Place to Return Someday~," and "It's up to U.". The final track is also included as a limited edition bonus single, including an accompaniment version. On April 26, 2012, budget and downloadable versions were released; The same band later participated in the crossover album "Cross the Future."

Welcoming and hesitating after returning home

Chika didn't even go to school to welcome Shoichi back to Japan; Kanade felt she wasn't worthy of the already famous man and couldn't confess for a long time. Gonda left the band multiple times in the past due to disputes and later seemed to have stopped participating in the band.
