Another self beneath the sea

Yusuke Mizuguchi, a diving youth living on Kamejima in Ise Bay, sees another version of himself underwater while diving and fishing with his friend Tsumeji Unkyo. Afterwards, the curse continues to ravage the island, and a strange girl, a foreign treasure hunter, and a housewife investigating drowning all enter the story.

Underwater scenes and storytelling

Takaya Ishiyama recalled that the game first identified the characters and ending, and the rest of the story gradually unfolded as the game was developed. Underwater gameplay was originally intended to add vertical observation, but due to movement, it needed to use 3D seascapes; For picture performances, the format is set first, then existing artworks are combined to control costs.
