Characters and the opening situation
Living in the family's garage, she uses an old camper van filled with memories of her late mother as a room. After driving without a license causing damage to Azusa-hime's base and vehicle, he is forced to live with two women.
The identity in the conceptual diagram of the daydream
CASE 3: To recreate the landscape sketches left by his late mother, he searches for a shooting location, but what truly satisfies him is Sumomo's profile. He then turned to portrait photography, deciding to attend school while assisting his late mother's photographer friend, Spencer Arashiyama.
The idea behind the name
Ono said the "candy" in the surname comes from the association with "sweet," a simple wordplay that combines the character's personality.
CASE 3 (2020 original story)
In the original 2020 CASE 3, after a car accident, Kanna made a deal with Sumomo and Azusa in the garage: if he goes to school, Sumomo will not expose unlicensed driving; Azusahime repairs a camper van in exchange for staying overnight in the garage.
In the original 2020 CASE 3, Kanna takes photos after school at Ichitami and unexpectedly meets Sumomo, who has returned to her usual dress, capturing her smile in the sunset. He printed out the photos that night and handed them to Sumomo the next day.
In the original 2020 CASE 3, Sumomo arrives at school dressed in her favorite outfit on the last day of her teaching internship and speaks to the students. Kanna raised her camera on site and captured the moment.
