Two mini epilogues
This game includes two stories: "Yukina Ogiso's Mini Epilogue" and "Kazusa Touma's Mini Epilogue." The official position is a playable game epilogue. The two stories respectively focus on the subsequent relationships between Yukina and Haruki and Kazusa and Haruki, extending the emotional conclusion after the main story concludes.
The origin of character relationships
The original story revolves around Haruki Kitahara, Yukina Ogiso, and Kazusa Touma. Haruki attends the same high school as Yukina, while Kazusa is a piano prodigy in Haruki's class; The three met through a school festival performance, and soon music and emotions intertwined. The mini-arcs retain this core group of characters but present two different futures through their own epilogues.
Forms and acquisition methods
This is an adventure game for Windows, written by the original screenwriter Fumiaki Maruto. The official event will give away album sets and other activities to applicants that year, and the registration period has now ended; It is not an optional additional chapter from the original main story, nor is it a regular standalone retail edition.
Main chapter and later discussion
"WHITE ALBUM2 幸せのにこう顔顔" is the PS3 version name for the main story; Mini Epilogue was initially offered as a Windows bonus software. The two mini-stories respectively expand the futures of Yukina and Kazusa, distinguishing them from the main story's multi-platform release.
Two futures with two endings
Yukina Ogiso's Mini Story and Kazusa Touma's Mini Story are two stories that follow their respective endings. Yukina, Kazusa, and Haruki's futures cannot be combined into a timeline that happens simultaneously.
The actor revisits the role
Haruki is again portrayed by Hiroshi Mizushima, Yukina Yuki Yonezawa, and Yuo Kazusa Hitomi Tenme. All three public comments start from the characters' states after overcoming the difficulties of the story; Living together with Haruki has become a natural part of daily life, and the Yukina arc also allows the actor to see the future of the characters they had hoped to see before.
Original application activities
This Windows piece was initially made available through an official applicant giveaway event. Methods include application tickets for the specified types of radio program CDs, or combinations of Blu-ray and anime vocal CDs for the first concert. The original page lists the planned shipping date around December 24, 2014. The event has now ended.
Epilogue and other appendices
The console edition includes digital novels, sound dramas, and full original soundtrack purchase bonuses, which are different additional content. Mini After is clearly listed in the event announcement as two playable epilogues, written by Fumiaki Maruto.
Yukina Edition: Moving and New Life
In 'The Road to Happiness,' Haruki and Yukina prepare to leave their original rental and move into a 2LDK apartment. Yukina's mother, Akina, helped move and also began interacting with Haruki's mother. On Christmas Eve, they missed their scheduled meeting due to work, yet still trusted each other; Soon after, Yukina brought news of her pregnancy. Takeya and Isu are already dating, and they talk about their children and their respective jobs.
Kazusa Edition: Yoko's Communication
In 'The Road Back to Happiness,' Haruki and Kazusa return to Japan from Vienna to hold a make-up wedding. Staying in Japan, Yoko kept contacting the Kogiso family, apologizing for her daughter's past behavior and arranging the couple's return. The two also walk past familiar places, re-examining memories of staying in Japan.
The wedding of the second music classroom
The wedding was finally held in the high school's second music classroom, and Kazusa put on her wedding dress. Friends came to the scene to offer their blessings; The story refers to them as Friends 1, 2, and 3, and gameplay reviews identify the three as Takeya, Izu, and Yukina. This wedding is a sequel to Kazusa's ending, with the pregnancy and moving events in the Yukina arc occurring separately.
Two linear post-day stories discussing time and location (spoilers)
The Windows version's Yukina and Kazusa arcs do not have in-story route branches. The gameplay review places both stories during the Christmas period, three years after their respective CODA endings; The two married lives continue to carry mutually exclusive futures.
Specific changes in post-marriage conflicts (spoilers)
At the beginning of the Kazusa arc, Haruki is five hours late for work in Vienna, and Kazusa misses her scheduled flight; On her return to Japan, she was picked up by Miyoko at the airport. In the Yukina arc, Takeya and Izumi gave each other the cold shoulder over the division of parental leave: Takeya was only willing to bear half, and Izumi didn't want to lose her newly acquired group leader position.
