Back to Linghua

The work continues to use the stage of Linghua Girls' Academy. Zisa's sudden departure twelve years ago left their relationship in an unexplained past; A girl from the UK who met Zisuo returns to the academy, becoming the catalyst for their reunion. The main part of the story takes place after their reunion, depicting how both re-enter each other's daily lives.

Adults and juniors

Zihua and Zisuo are no longer the students they once were; their familiarity with each other remains, but they need to re-understand the changes over the years. Characters from the series like Qianxun and Mian Xue also continue to appear. The story continues the relationship between the girls' growth and the unfinished adult roles of the previous work, overlapping different stages of life within the same academy.

Choices and endings

The game features multiple endings through dialogue choices. Rather than treating the reunion itself as the end, the plot focuses more on whether the two are willing to continue getting closer, express their feelings, and make decisions. The story shares character backgrounds with "Ji Shen," "A Thousand Faces," and "Night Forever," with the origins of existing relationships being more fully explained in the previous work.

Production and performance

The game was released on Steam on February 28, 2024, offering Chinese Simplified text and full Chinese voice acting. H no Tenpyo wrote the script, whiisky handled character design and CG, sea urchin drew the background, and Saul Robinson composed the music; The voice actors include Lin Su, She Slows Down, Moonlit Bridge, and others.

Suzy and Luna

After returning to China, Zisa uses the name Suzy and is Lu Na's guardian. Lu Na from the UK continues to intervene in the relationship between the two adults after Linghua, becoming the junior who encourages them to express their feelings after their reunion.

Resignation and conversations on the road

The conflict between Zihua and her mother involved submitting a resignation application. After meeting her mother, she met Lu Na on the road and was comforted during their conversation; This interactions linked the mother-daughter conflict with Zihua's subsequent romantic choices.

Returning to the old house where we first kissed

At the end, Zisa invites Zihua back to the old house, the place where they first kissed years ago. After returning to their old home, they rekindled their feelings for each other. Qianyu appears in the final line.
