Sarah secretly sent food to the fourth underground level, where abandoned children lived. She was stoned by a child and labeled a murderer; Faced with the church's policy of not issuing new cards to limit population, she also felt she was involved in the harm.
Winter Chapter: Old feelings and messages behind the name
