Age voice added to PSP content
When recording for the PSP 'Natsuzora no Monologue Portable,' Shinya Takahashi not only played Sosuke Sawanoi in his third year of high school, but also played his first year and third year of junior high. He adds nuance to the sounds of these ages.
Switch offers additional freedom to add new items
In the Switch additional release of "Natsuzora no Monrogue ~Another Memory~," Shinya Takahashi recalled that about half of the lines required shouting, and many new voice lines including bonuses were recorded. He believes that Sosuke Sawanoi's performance does not need to be confined to a single form or sound pattern; it can better express the character by freely changing with the scene.
A restrained performance in the 2015 radio drama
In the 2015 radio drama "Summer Sky," Shinya Takahashi played a calm conversation with Watamori during a private conversation between Sawanoi, suppressing strong emotions under his voice. This is different from the usual noisy way the characters communicate.
Long lines from previous recordings
According to Nobuhiko Okamoto's recollection, during a recording of "Summer Sky," Shinya Takahashi repeatedly misread long lines and repeated them with "Motoi"; The resulting laughter also affected Kazuhiko Inoue during the subsequent recording.
