Prepare singing and stage rehearsals according to the script
In a 2017 interview, AiRI explained that after receiving the animation script, she first read and imagined each scene, then prepared to sing according to the imagined scenario.
Fast tempo and high-pitched songs easily consume breath, so she practiced stage breathing for this purpose. Before performances, she would repeatedly review the lyrics to help remember the content.
While recording the 2023 TV anime theme song "Adversity☆Buwaku☆Fraction," the producers asked her what kind of dog she wanted to become. She chose Shiba Inu and sang with that imagination in mind.
Professional singing and collaboration between the song first and the lyrics later
In a 2016 interview, AiRI recalled that she joined a rock band in high school and discovered she loved singing. Later, someone asked her if she would like to make singing her career.
Speaking about song collaboration, she explained that she made the music first, then wrote the lyrics; When writing songs for animation, he would read the script first before starting to write.
