Recording singing perspectives and communicating with the author
Maon Kurosaki interprets the song as someone who, after experiencing loss, still decides to keep fighting, and recorded it with the hope that they will try again and protect them. Yuichi Kuwashima also attended, sharing her feelings about the delicate expression in the lyrics in person.
The singer participated in the MV story project
Maon Kurosaki wrote the story synopsis for the music video for 'Fantasy Rondo.' She wanted to present another story that emerged while listening to and singing, as her own understanding of the song, rather than demanding the audience accept a single interpretation.
A two-page video proposal
After the staff asked if she had any ideas for the MV, she wrote a roughly two-page project outline based on the song's lyrics and the visuals. After submitting the proposal, it was approved and subsequently made into a video.
Writing practice and proposal preparation
In a 2019 interview, she reviewed about a year of storytelling practice: accumulating manuscripts and then inviting different people to read them. The MV project gave her the opportunity to apply these exercises.
