Arriving at Mikazuki Mansion (Delusional Chapter)
The delusional arc begins: Tohru was supposed to travel to a guesthouse with Mari, but loses the memories of this trip. He suddenly finds himself on the boat with Truth, with the sound of golden worms mixed in the waves; The two then arrived at Mikazuki Island. On the way to Mikazuki House, Mari started running.

Imprisonment and Escape (Delusional Edition)
In the Delusion Arc, after the insect sounds came through, he fainted. When he woke up, he found a bag over his head and was in a state of imprisonment. He saw Xiaolin peering through the hole, and when he scratched his head, sand leaked out, causing his body to shrive; He himself experienced the sight of his right arm being severed and insects appearing inside his body, but the next time he woke up, his right arm was normal.
After Tohru wakes up again, he receives help from Mari and begins searching with her for a route out of Mikazuki Mansion. During the movement, Truth suddenly disappeared, and five doors appeared in the darkness, appearing before them to search for her.
Kinmen and the Final Memories (Delusional Edition)
In front of the five doors, Tohru chose the golden door and turned the handle to open it. In the scene inside the door, he finds himself holding a scythe and attacking the Golden Worm approaching him. At the end of the Delusion Arc, he remembers that he once killed a guest in a guesthouse.
