Mayors who prioritize cities
Sayo rarely appears publicly; Anna handles many diplomatic negotiations. She prioritizes the city's safety, even if it puts the vampires at a disadvantage; This stance sometimes conflicts with Anna's.
Individual lines, research institutes, and evacuation preparations
The Elina route recounts Sayo destroying the Russian Research Institute, after which Elina arrives at the maritime city. During the urban crisis on the Miha Line, Sayo prepares a large cargo ship for emergency evacuation.
Miu Route (2012 Main Story)
Aqua Eden was hit by cruise missiles. The surface-to-air missiles Sayo had prepared earlier shot down most of the incoming missiles, leaving one that needed further interception.
Elina Route (2012 Main Story)
To resolve Erina's condition, Sayo contacted the Russian Research Institute, which then sent people to the island. Yuto was informed about the research institute's situation and asked to keep an eye on Erina's surroundings.
Sayo interrupts Yuto's actions in the warehouse and shoots him in the chest, causing Yuto and Erina to fall into the sea. The shooting and falling into the sea were actually acting; bullets were canceled out by their abilities, and the two boarded a standby ship to leave the island; Returned to Aqua Eden six months later.
