Tutoring in June
The story takes place before the first high school summer vacation. Nozomi asks Satsuki about her final exam studies, which increases their interactions. Satsuki gives off a quiet and friendly impression, and her smile reminds Nozomi of her late mother, bringing more complex emotions to their closeness.
The crack behind the smile
As their relationship deepens, Nozomi notices that Satsuki seems to have been tolerating something all along. One is lively, accustomed to brisk actions, while the other hides her heart with gentleness; their conflict and attachment drive the plot together. Rainy days repeatedly appear in the work introduction, connecting the everyday life before us with unforgettable memories.
Branches and subsequent versions
The story features multiple developments influenced by the choices. The original version was released on December 26, 2020; The 2022 version of "Conflict Girl + Birthday Again" is a version that adds an epilogue based on the original work. The epilogue is not included in the original 2020 edition; the two should be explained separately.
A neighborhood meeting in June
While preparing for her final exams, Nozomi seeks help from her classmate Satsuki, who lives next door. Satsuki's gentle smile reminded her of her late mother, and as they spent more time together, she realized that this tenderness seemed to hide a certain pain.
Main characters and routes
Nozomi is expressive, loves snacks and cute animals; Satsuki loves reading and cold food, and is the only one to pursue. Fumie Takato and Tsutomu Itagaki are another couple who get along well, and Fumie has no romantic route.
