The final summer vacation
Shisui has been in poor health since childhood, and the protagonist has always wanted to protect her. Long-term acquaintance made their relationship both close and caring; But the illness put a countdown down to what was supposed to be an ordinary summer vacation. The story weaves together their current interactions with past memories, centering on how the two spend their remaining time.

The protagonist, Ryo Sannomiya, lives in a rural town and interacts with friends such as Mahira Tsujido, Iwao Sawaguchi, and Mizuki Yamagiwa. Ayashiro is Shisui's father, who spends his days returning home from illness surrounded by family and friends.
