Education and professional experience
Taku Iwasaki studied composition from a young age and has won awards in the Kanagawa Prefecture Choral Works and the Japan Contemporary Music Association composition competition. After graduating from the composition department of Tokyo University of the Arts, he began composing and arranging, and also participated in vocal album production and sound production for film and television soundtracks.
Creating musical compositions according to the script
When composing the score for the 2015 film "Gatchaman Crowds Insite," Iwasaki learned the production intention from a script completed earlier. He prioritized the ups and downs of the entire soundtrack, avoiding overly attaching it to the story and visuals, which would make the music feel bland.
Two pieces after orchestral recording
Among them, the battle piece "Kollision" was written after an orchestral recording; 《Da sprang die Katze rot！ 》 was also completed afterward, and various effects were applied to the alt account.
