Breaking Crane: A journey to the capital
In May, Tomoya Mikami and other third-year students from Sumikō Academy went on a school trip to Kyoto. The same destination recalls memories of the past, reviving memories related to Tomoya, Yuiwa, and Ayaka, and encountering other characters along the way. Travel is not only a major event in high school life, but also allows the characters to confront emotions they once couldn't sort out.
Want to act: Cultural festival
The second part shifts to the autumn Hamasaki High School Cultural Festival. Iboken's class was preparing to arrange a program, but had been unable to reach consensus on plans for drama or mock shops. Ken, Hotaru, Tomoe, Takano, and others interact during preparations, and their unspoken thoughts gradually affect their cooperation and relationship.
Graduation: Different paths
Graduation in March is approaching, and familiar people are about to part ways. Tomoya and Ken must face their own unease about the future while also responding to the choices of their friends. The three chapters sequentially connect shared experiences, unresolved worries, and the life about to change.
PSP collection
5pb. was released on June 25, 2009, for PSP, compiling the three stories mentioned above. Character design was by Mutsumi Sasaki, with Yukihiro Matsuo as art direction and key animation, Nobuaki Kenbe as screenwriter, and Tsuyoshi Abo as the music. The PSP version uses CERO B, with full voice acting except for the protagonist; Limited edition includes an original soundtrack CD and postcard art collection.
The order of the three sections
The crane-folding arc is for the study trip, the performer for the cultural festival arc, and the graduation arc. The three stories are continuous narratives, with the relationships between the characters and the school continuing from the previous two works.
Cross-fiction characters
Participants include Ayaka, Yuika, Kaoru, Minamo, and Sayomi from the first film, as well as Hotaru, Tsubame, Takano, Tomoe, Shizuru, Nozomi, Kana, and Shota from the second series. Shin also participated in this work, using the same character entry.
Music and high-definition recording
The series collection features ribbon and After Rain performed by Ayane. On July 24, 2025, FanDisc Historia released this game in HD along with four other epilogues for PS4 and Switch.
Historia Included Edition: The premise of the branching I want to act
"Want to Act" is based on the results of 2nd Normal Band. In the Takano branch, Ken tries to get closer to Takano, but after being rejected, he returns to Hotaru's side.
Historia Edition: The Future of Graduation and Gatherings
Tomoya failed all his university entrance exams, and although Ken was accepted as his first choice, he was still troubled by his future and went missing for several days. After both stories, the story turned to Xin's homecoming gathering.
Historia Edition: AfterRain Perspective
After completing the two routes of Chiya and Ken, the AfterRain route opens; It weaves together their graduation experiences with scenes from Tsubame's perspective.
