In a 2015 interview, Asano recalled that he originally wanted to work at a publishing house to produce film magazines, but after failing to find a job, he switched to studying voice acting. About a year after joining the agency, she was able to make ends meet without relying on part-time jobs.

She voiced the same girl in overseas dramas for seven consecutive years, from a girl around eleven years old all the way to college age. The production proceeded with a pace of six months of recording and half a year of rest.
Viewing the animation from the original author's perspective
"That's Voice Actors! She attended script meetings every time it was adapted into an anime. Understanding the process of script formation also helps her grasp the intentions behind lines and scenes during performance.
She also visited the music recording site to observe and learn, watching musicians perform the score on the same day.
She casually named 'Mimi no Nakae' in her doujin manga, and was later asked to actually write the lyrics; She said the lovely melody helped her complete the work.
