Vampire Diagnosis
Motoki takes his work seriously, and his medical skills are recognized by Yuto. He provides medical care for vampires and is also responsible for Anna's regular check-ups.
The Rion Line - Project Inheritance and Showdown
Motoki inherits the artificial lycanthrope slope project. In the Rion route, Yuto and Rion are revealed to be the successful experimenters, and Motoki subsequently becomes the enemy in the final battle.
Azusa Route (2012 main story)
Motoki led vampires to attack Yuto and Azusa in the dormitory. He used RIOT to make Yuto nearly lose himself; After Azusa spoke to comfort him, Yuto regained consciousness. Yuan Shu was then hit by the exorcism bullet, lost his factor, and collapsed.
When the hunter broke into the gathering, Anna blocked the exorcism bullet for Motoki; She then dies in the scene where Azusa holds hands.
Rion route (2012 main story)
Motoki and Yuto fought fiercely. Yuto used the aikido he had learned from Rion to restrain him, sucking his blood and stealing his abilities before the restraints were lifted.
Yuan Shu is still in prison. Years later, when Yuto married Rion, he sent a congratulatory letter.
Elina Route (2012 Main Story)
Yuto accompanied Erina to the clinic. Yuan Shu decided to get tested first, and then discuss the reasons for her worsening condition based on the results.
