"The Fox Is Waiting for Me: Hana" is the sequel to "The Fox Is Waiting for Me." The lives of Kaito and the fox girl Shua change due to visits from their own clan and a closed timeline.

Fellow clansmen came to visit
Kaito, who once lost his memory, keeps in touch with Shua, who lives at the Forest Fox House, Mimil, the lakeside mountain god, and the rookie Shinigami Karin. The fox clan sends Ryufa and Renfa to test Shua's power, drawing everyone into the respective arrangements of the fox clan and the Shinigami. Kaito then entered a closed space-time with Ryufa and had to find a way to escape.
Characters and Japanese voice acting
Sure is voiced by Tamako Miyazaki, Ryufa as Nozomi Nagumo, Mimiru as Kanna Nakamura, Karin as Risa Kageyama, and Renfa as Kanako Nomura. Karin's senior is voiced by Mao Amatsuka, who has other actions behind the scenes.
Production and Edition
The original work is credited to Talesshop, the script is written by Working Dog, and Shinoba is responsible for character illustration. COSEN and Field Technology participated in development, with Tsubasa Nishibei as producer and Risa Kageyama also handling Japanese translation. The Switch version was released on November 2, 2023, offering Japanese, English, Korean, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese texts, with Japanese and Korean voice lines included.
Theme song and music collection
The opening theme "Kaiken" is performed by the Japanese voice actors of the six main characters, with lyrics by Tsubasa Nishibei and music composed by Ryuta Yoshioka. The ending theme "Wishes," also performed by the six members, was composed and arranged by Ryuta Yoshioka and independently released on January 10, 2024. The special edition also includes a theme song collection and a game soundtrack.
