"Last Purify" is a visual novel created by Sandablo and written by Insider. After World War III, the global ethics organization stripped people of their emotions and free will, and Moritetsu Unaka accidentally entered the still-resisting independent Tokyo.

Ethical Circle and Independent Tokyo
The institution aims for permanent peace and equality, regulating violence, religion, entertainment, and personal feelings. Tokyo gained independence in 2017, with the story mainly set eleven years later; Ethical circles outside the city and independent cities preserve completely different lifestyles.

Toru grew up in the Tsukuba local colonial district and was accustomed to living according to the rules of the Circle of Ethics. After being rescued in the suburbs of Tokyo, he lived with the residents and was also under surveillance. Food, entertainment, and caring for people are all concrete experiences that helped him rediscover relationships.
Ryuji and Kotori
Ryuji opposes all desires to suppress people for the sake of social order and is a member of the resistance; Kotori established contact with Tetsu. The conflict between institutions and Tokyo gradually drew closer to them, and the emotions in daily life began to connect with whether they could continue to survive.
The structure of two weeks
The first playthrough mainly follows a fixed order, while the second playthrough adds divergence and changes how Tetsu participates in events. The losses in the first week echo the proactive protection of cherished things in the second week, with some additional content unlocked after continuing reading.
Production and Music
Insider was responsible for planning, scriptwriting, and character conception; Maaya Kamitani was responsible for the key animation; Team Laspy participated in programming and music. The work has no voice acting, and the music appreciation includes fifteen tracks, including "Yui Haru no Yoru no Yume" and "Utopia Syndrome."
Public version
The PC version released in March 2010 used Girigiri 2, and Vector listed it as free software and recorded Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7 environments. The creator's previous work, 'Textbook of Evil,' also discussed freedom and social order, but it belongs to a different work.
