In the 2008 PC main story, she acts together with Kozue and destroys Noah II's terminal in the park. Her investigation is connected to Takumi's understanding of the anomalous event.
Joint Destruction of Noah II with Takumi (NOAH Personal Ending)
In 'Deus Ex Machina,' Takumi goes to the frog train to protect Sena. The two then enter Nozomi's headquarters, combine their abilities to destroy Noah II, and die together at the end.
Traps and Support Among Companions (NOAH Vita, Deus Ex Machina)
After Sena and Takumi entered Nozomi's headquarters, they fell into a trap and became unable to use their abilities. The earthquake caused the building to collapse, burying both men in the rubble.
When shot, Takumi protected Sena with his body. Risfuka arrived soon and provided cover, allowing Sena and Takumi to continue on to Noah II.

TV Anime Episode 9: Resentment toward Takumi
In episode 9 of the TV anime, Sena attacks Takumi after he returns to base from the hospital. She claims that Ki Technology used the formula from Takumi's elementary school essay to develop Noah II, artificially creating the power of Gigalomaniac, and vented her resentment on Takumi after her mother and sister died in the experiment.
