Clear market and rain
Important activities in Qingshi were often interrupted by rain, which affected his choice of sports clubs, leading him to join the arts club. One day, he catches Lin as she falls down the stairs, and their connection deepens. Rain not only hinders campus life, but also serves as a thread connecting the characters' memories.
Four girls on campus
Besides transfer student Chiyokawa Rin, Haruichi is accompanied by his cheerful childhood friend Kumihama Mitsuha, the junior and unconstrained Sachi Sambongi, and Hanaka Fujimori, who serves as the library committee member. Guangyu participates in hockey activities, while Huaxiang feels uneasy about Yu; Their personalities and the distance from Qingshi give each relationship a starting point.
Production
Kantoku and Miwa Kanekiyo were responsible for the key animation, with Tamaki Ichikawa and Bonanza Kazama participating in the script. The story uses a character-driven romantic adventure narrative, gradually revealing the connection between Rain and the past as he spends time with the girl. Rainy days at the beginning are both Qingshi's troubles and the environment in which he and Lin meet.
