Airland

"Sky Land" is a short literary adventure co-produced by Kaijo Sushi and Eibei Shanren. When high school student Wu Yu returned to school, she found the crowd had completely disappeared, leaving only five other students and a tabby cat behind, searching for a way to restore the city to its original state.

A small town without a soul

The story takes place in the coastal town of Liaohua, starting on May 18, 2009. Wu Yu, a second-year high school student, escaped to sleep in the woods during PE class, and upon returning, found that the teachers, students, and citizens were missing. Those left behind search the city and call this empty world "Empty Land."

Six companions

Meng Xia met a girl in the piano room, claiming to be a first-year high school student, and often appearing carefree. Qiu Shi is Wu Yu's classmate and study committee member, who entered the public and land camp because he studied in the library; Yu Shuo appeared at the sports warehouse, appearing distant from others. Lin Xiaoxue is a boy found in the art classroom box, with a weaker personality; Roger is a senior in high school, but he speaks without restraint, yet he can cook. The Flower Cat at 4.2 yuan is very greedy.

Route and ending

Besides the protagonist, three girls, two boys, and cats each have their own routes; The story between the boy and the cat is mainly about friendship. Six partners plus single endings without any character routes, making a total of seven possible endings. Except for the cat route, about half of the storylines differ across different character routes.

Mengxia Route and the Starting Point of Creation

In a 2010 response, Kaiten-shi explained that the original concept was a novel, with only Meng Xia and Wu Yu entering the air-to-land story. After switching to a game, other characters were added. Meng Xia passed away from her hospital bed when the air and land disappeared. Wu Yu later discovered her identity, so the companions never reunited with her in reality.

Production and public records

The game uses RPG Maker XP, with Kaigeru Sushi responsible for the script and Eibei Shanren drawing original character art. Community staff profiles are separately listed as tranpol, Tiansheng, Chenying Buqi, and dbshy, with assistance scripts. The original author's post retained the incomplete version date of March 14, 2009, and later post tags were changed to the full version; The August 3, 2009 release record from the Data Station is another and cannot be mixed with the initial public release.

The Wish Spoken in the Woods (PC Mengxia Route · Spoilers)

When fireflies appeared in the grove, Meng Xia expressed to Wu Yu her wish to make friends, spend time with someone she liked, and build a family. During this conversation, she tightly held Wu Yu's hand.
