Encounter

Sayo lost her biological mother in a childhood traffic accident and was left with a walking impairment. She regarded her mother's piano as something connected to the past, gradually closing herself off to her playing. One time, when returning from a private room where she practiced piano, the uneven road caused her wheelchair to tip over, and a passing young star helped her. Getting along and confiding in her made her begin to face the desires she had previously suppressed.

Piano and family

Her stepmother opposed her continuing to play the piano. Sayo gradually talks with her stepmother, and after conflict, they come to understand each other. Their relationship is no longer just about forbidden or resisting. She performed at a nursing school, shifting from relying on the piano alone to playing for others, and began training to regain her ability to walk.

Music and the Afterlife

"Trayment Yume -note-" is an impression original soundtrack CD released alongside the main series. "Trance ~Concerto~" was released on August 17, 2014, and includes four pieces: Sayo meets professional singer Tsukino Amakusa; Returning to the car can cause trauma from the accident; Friends accompany Yui to the hot springs; and cherry blossom viewing parties. Tsukino Amakusa was the lead vocalist during her time in the Hoshiichi High School band. The epilogue begins with her announcement of her departure from singing activities.
