The original and adapted restaurant music
When producing the original music for "Enjoy Family Restaurant," Oishi Mizu only started working on the sound last, first improvised on the keyboard, then arranged in REAPER and Serum sequences, and also consulted lo-fi hip-hop production methods. Subsequent piano BGM was played using the newly purchased Ravenscroft 275; this was his first time composing with piano sources, still playing first then arranging the sound, and using Vinyl to handle the bass.
When the original piano score was released in 2024, he commissioned dictations due to the loss of the original MIDI and warned that some chords might differ from the original.
