A certain scientific company related to railgun production
Satoshi Yaginuma participated in "Way to Answer," credited as lyricist, composer, and arranger.
way to answer: melody design
Yaginuma chose a more aggressive voice for "Way to Answer" to echo the intense combat of the game; This is a direction that has yet to emerge after Nanjo joined. The melody expands the range and highlights the high register mixed with falsetto.
The idea behind the single soundtrack
The single-track 'Last Fortune' related to 'Twinkle☆Curseidasu PSS'. Yaginuma uses the story's structure that spans the past, present, and different worlds, conceiving grand melodies and highlighting themes that transcend time and space.
Medium-speed commission from the Frozen Fir Tree
KOTOKO specially asked Yaginuma to write the mid-tempo 'frozen fir tree.' The melody reminded her of conversations at snowy street corners and under the trees; Yaginuma also used Sapporo and conifers as symbols, and the two confirmed similar scenes in this production.
Fermata's choice of language
When Yaginuma wrote "fermata~Akkord: fortissimo~," he expressed it entirely in Japanese to preserve more content, hoping listeners would understand it immediately, and reviewed the first two works in the series in the second section.
Commissioning and mixing of Secret of My Heart
During the production of "Secret of my heart," Yaginuma required Nanjo to write lyrics only for melancholic love songs, which Nanjo used to complete the unrequited love theme.
During mixing, he lowered the vocal reverb in the chorus to zero, using dry voices to focus on the protagonist's genuine feelings expressed here.
Rhythm and guitar editing
He explained that the chorus of the 2014 "Infinite Synthesis" weakened the four-beat landing rhythm to support the melody; It's not about deciding to reduce this rhythm first.
During the production of "Third Cosmic Velocity" in 2016, he repeatedly communicated with the guitarists, carefully crafting guitar waveforms to achieve a sense of rhythm that direct playing cannot achieve.
Subsequent adaptation in 1983
The 2016 IS3 version of "1983-schwarzesmarken-" modified partial lyrics and opening arrangements, and slightly increased the tempo; Yaginuma believed that both the game and CD had their own suitable presentation, so he chose to make this version faster.
White Relation scenarios and adaptations
He conceived 'White Relation' based on the heavy-armored robot that walks in the snow from the setting materials. The subsequent 2018 IS4 edition reworked the introduction and mixing balance to change the presentation style.
