The way to answer is made
Yaginuma chose a more aggressive voice for "Way to Answer" to echo the intense combat of the game; This is a direction that has yet to emerge after Nanjo joined. The melody expands the range and highlights the high register mixed with falsetto.
Theme song and subsequent adaptations
In 2014, "fermata" retained expressive space entirely in Japanese, and in the second paragraph, the first two works in the series were reviewed. Yaginuma also linked the song's challenging breathing arrangements to Nanjo's clear vocal delivery.
The 2016 IS3 version of "1983" readjusted some lyrics and opening arrangements, slightly increasing the pace to reflect Yaginuma's choices in presenting both the game and the CD.
Subsequent presentation of white relation
In 2018, when "infinite synthesis 4" included the IS4 version of "white relation," Yaginuma reworked the opening and adjusted the mixing balance.
The direction of the third album
In his 2024 interview on "infinite Resonance 3," Yaginuma reflected that in 2023, he and Nao reunited with him for the 20th anniversary performance of the first episode's songs, which made him want to bring his early musical direction back to creation. He hopes the album will return to a more popular digital J-POP style, showcasing the new charm of the duet between Mao Uesugi and Hisayo Abe.
Recording and singing collaboration for duets
Speaking about the recording of this album, Abe said that the two discussed vocal style, overall atmosphere, and details more than in the previous album. Uesugi Mao listens to Abe, who first records the recording, expresses herself, then blends in her own singing; Abe also applies the vocal guidance Uesugi receives into his own recordings.
Keyboard settings for the second episode of the final tour
In an interview for the second season of the 2022 finale tour, Yaginuma explained that he registered the tones he used in NAUTILUS in the order of switching in the set list, with two keyboards using different lists; During performances, dynamic knobs are also operated to change the performance.
