Tsukuyomi Island and magic

Tsukuyomi Island, known for its year-round warmth, has experienced war. After losing her parents, Zero Two lived in a care facility, later left the island, and returned to reunite with her sworn sister. The girl who saved him, No.13, is connected to a super-scientific power known as a strategic sabotage magical weapon; magic takes on different forms and possesses unique abilities.

Two groups of central figures

The humanoid weapon Sakura can manipulate light and is closely connected to Zero Two's life. Another protagonist, Ryuichi Huangshu, was his friend while maintaining the facility. He had experienced the battlefield and was often troubled by the inability to end conflicts with fewer sacrifices. The kendo girl Suzu Shirana is Ryuichi's childhood friend. Two groups of characters face the same battle from different circumstances.

The magician around me and the distributor

Zero-2's adopted sister, Sayuki Kuroba, hides her identity as the guardian of the island's order; Koji Satomura actively approaches Zero Two, but is not on good terms with Sayuki. The original FA and later Steam releases need to be recorded separately: the Japanese physical product is recorded as December 2013, while the Steam page is listed as May 31, 2018, which is not the first time this version was released.

War and Academy on Tsukuyomi Island

Sixteen years after the end of the Ten Years War, Zero Two, who had met Ryuichi through the teachings of the Saint, returned to their hometown. Hinako, a companion from Hoshimi Academy who has been hospitalized for a long time, and Kuri, who appears in the new mall, gradually become involved in the conflict among the thirteen summoners.

Character relationships and weapons

Sakura is the anthropomorphic weapon summoned by Zero-2, and Sayuki is his stepsister; Ryuichi and Nagisa have known each other since childhood. Kouji is friends with Ayane and Nagisa, but does not get along with Sayuki. Each person's magical abilities have certain conditions: 02 restores her state for 24 hours, Sayuki tracks sounds, and Nagisa's magic sword limits the number of times she can swing it.

2013 version and production

FA is the all-ages version of EXS, released on December 20, 2013, with the addition of the Grand OP film. Six key animators, four scriptwriters, and music director Ju Yao Ye participated in the production; The boxed edition includes 81 NEXT/ZERO cards, a color artbook, and an extra game disc.
